Pizza Lunch

Friday pizza lunches are an important fundraiser for our school and we would love to have your support! The program is fully managed by parent volunteers. All profits from pizza lunch go to Brown School Parent Council to support enrichment activities in the school. Funds raised benefit our kids in so many ways, including much needed technological equipment, arts programs and science enrichment! In the past, the money we raised from pizza lunch helped fund school improvements, including the library refresh, ongoing Parent Council activities and operations as well as other initiatives and programs.  It’s also nice for parents to have a break from making lunches, and the kids absolutely love pizza lunch!

Pizza lunch is held every Friday (except for holidays and PA days). The meal includes a slide of cheese or pepperoni pizza, veggies and a treat. Prices:

• $4 for 1 slice
• $5 for 2 slices
• $6 for 3 slices

• I am new to Pizza Lunch and the Milk program, how do I register or sign-up?

• I already have an account with MunchaLunch.
  You can use the same login as last year.
• Do you have gluten-free or vegan pizza options?
  Yes, it is $8 for two slices for either gluten-free or vegan.
• Can I volunteer?

• Can I pay by cheque or cash?
  Yes. Submit your order at www.munchalunch.com/schools/brown then drop off your cheque or cash at the school office.

• Is Pizza Lunch a fundraiser?
  Yes! Last year, we raised around $15,000. This was used for the Scientist in the Classroom program, our Speaker Series, Parent Council’s new website, school art and lice checks. Money also goes towards classroom enrichment including technological and science equipment, and arts programs.
• I know families who may be concerned about the cost.

Unicorn Daycare Hot Lunch

Unicorn Daycare offers a hot lunch program. Please contact Unicorn Daycare directly at (416) 929-6841 for program information and availability. Children who participate in the Unicorn hot lunch eat their lunch in designated classrooms.

Rose Reisman Lunch
